David I. Hudson, MBE, is a prominent and distinguished figure in the private security industry with a remarkable 46-year tenure.
Over his career, he has held various key positions across multiple countries, including the UK, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands, and India, where he spent 23 years. David's leadership was instrumental in establishing and expanding G4S in India from 1990, growing the company to become the second-largest private employer in the country. He also played a pivotal role in expanding G4S into 31 additional countries. Upon retiring from G4S, he continued his influence as Chairman of G4S India, First Select International, and IBG, all of which he had founded. He then served as a senior advisor to a major group in Qatar
David has received numerous awards and accolades throughout his career:
* Appointed an MBE by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 1997.
* Awarded the Prince Henrik Medal of Honour by the Danish Government in 2007.
* Received The Distinguished Service Award from the US Ambassador in India.
* Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the US Department of State.
Additionally, David is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and the Indian Institute of Directors, as well as a long-standing member of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security), where he has been recognized for his 25 years of dedicated membership.

With a career spanning over three decades in high-threat environments, Neil isn’t your average security executive. He’s led large-scale operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, built companies from the ground up, and knows the real-world stakes behind every threat assessment.
At I-Mitigate International, Neil’s mission is simple: build teams that challenge outdated security models and build smart, adaptive strategies that actually work under pressure. Known for his direct approach, operational clarity, and habit of asking the tough questions no one else will, Neil brings leadership with bite, not buzzwords.
Neil’s background is hands-on, not hypothetical. From managing sensitive government deployments to navigating complex international projects, his experience covers the full spectrum of security leadership, from boots on the ground to boardroom strategy. He’s also highly adept in matters of diplomacy, protocol, and executive-level etiquette, ensuring I-Mitigate International operates with the kind of credibility, discretion, and tact that high-stakes environments demand.

Ahmed brings over 25 years of frontline experience in building, leading, and scaling security operations across high-risk, high-impact environments. He has led the deployment of over 1,000 personnel across major infrastructure, transport, and renewable energy projects, earning a reputation for calm command and operational precision where it matters most.
Beyond traditional guarding, Ahmed has driven the evolution of integrated security models, combining smart technology, adaptive risk management, and future-ready protection strategies to meet the shifting demands of today’s security landscape.
As Chairman of the Board for I-Mitigate Egypt and a Board Member of Imitigate International, Ahmed plays a pivotal role in aligning local expertise with global ambition. He’s instrumental in steering strategic growth, developing regional partnerships, and ensuring the group delivers solutions that are not only fit for purpose, but fit for the future.

Andrew Hudson

Andrew Hudson holds an MSc in Psychology and Criminology and is accredited for Psychometric testing at Level 'A'. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
He has an extensive career in the security industry. He previously served as a senior manager at a multi-national security company, where he managed their in-house recruitment service. Due to its success, this service evolved into a standalone business with Andrew Hudson as its CEO. This company expanded internationally, operating across North Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. His expertise spans international project recruitment, Executive Search, Employee Outsourcing (managing over 4,000 staff members), and training services.
He has successfully led financial due diligence, risk assessments, and strategic planning initiatives in both public and private domains, ensuring robust decision-making and long-term sustainability. Known for his sharp analytical thinking and disciplined approach, Andrew ensures that every IMI venture aligns with performance goals while maintaining high ethical and regulatory standards.
